Deep Relaxation CD - Blue Sky Yoga
Yoga nidra is an ancient meditation practice, which helps us to relax and connect with the core of who we are. It is traditionally practiced lying down, often at the end of a yoga class, but can equally be used at home as a stand alone healing practice. A yoga nidra meditation/ relaxation is said to have the equivalent benefits of 4 hours sleep. This CD contains 2 full length yoga nidras (approx 30 mins each) and one shorter relaxation, with a focus on the chakra system.
